Description
This SpeedMaster rudder assembly is made for large nitro and electric hulls 38″ or larger. High-quality aluminum, CNC cut to tight tolerances. It has two built-in water pickups for cooling the esc and motor individually. The rudder features a breakaway brass screw in the rudder bracket to help minimize damage from the blade hitting an object while driving. Comes with basic mounting screws.
The Rudder blade measures 6 1/4″ long from top to bottom. The blade is 1 1/4″ wide at the top and tappers down to 7/8″ wide at the bottom.
We offer this with six different brackets.
-Bracket with 1 1/8″ of setback.
-Bracket with 1 5/8″ of setback.
-Bracket with 2 3/8″ of setback.
-Bracket with 4″ of setback (pictured).
-Bracket with 5″ of setback and Tee style transom mount.
-Bracket with 6″ of setback and Tee style transom mount.
Setback measurement is from the transom to the front of the rudder blade. We also sell just the rudder blade itself. This can be used as a repair replacement instead of buying the entire rudder assembly.
