Description
This SpeedMaster rudder assembly is made for large nitro and electric hulls 33″ (800mm) or larger. Comes with a built in water pickup. High quality aluminum, CNC cut to tight tolerances. The rudder features a break away brass screw in the rudder bracket to help minimize damage from the blade hitting a object while driving. Comes with basic mounting screws.
The rudder blade measures 6 1/4″ long from top to bottom.
The rudder blade is 1 3/4″ wide at the top and tappers down to 5/8″ wide at the bottom.
We offer this with 5 different brackets.
-Bracket with 1 1/8″ of setback.
-Bracket with 1 5/8″ of setback.
-Bracket with 2 1/4″ of setback.
-Extended bracket with 4″ of setback (pictured).
-XL bracket with 5″ setback.
Setback measurement is from the transom to the front of the rudder blade. We also sell just the rudder blade itself. This can be used as a repair replacement instead of buying the entire rudder assembly.
