Zipp Kits G30 Tunnel Hull Kit : Wood kit with Cowl (30.5″ 775mm)
This is the new G30 Outboard Tunnel hull from Rod Geraghty and the JAE gang. Designed for Nitro or Electric power, this new kit features foam core sponsons and quick assembly. The G30 has been developed to a high level with stock 3.5 nitro and P limited electric power. Use any 3.5 (.21) outboard. The transom is drilled for the OS lower unit.
You can build this boat in a weekend, ready for sealing.
Building the wooded structure requires the following:
– Glue, sealer and paint. We recommend medium CA for the fuselage assembly, 30 minute epoxy for sponson assembly and epoxy finishing resin for sealing the entire outside of the hull.- Kipp Kits foam cutter.
