This product is a high strength retaining glue that is used to glue a flex cable into propeller shafts. This is thinner than Loctite 638, made for tighter fitting parts.

Secure unthreaded metal cylindrical parts such as shafts, hubs, bearings, bushings, splines, pulleys, and press-fit assemblies. Retaining compounds prevent corrosion and fluid leaks and resist most chemicals. Primer is recommended when working with aluminum, black-oxide finishes, cadmium, stainless steel, titanium, and zinc.
